Benzo Health provides mental health services through licensed healthcare professionals using secure telehealth technology. Where appropriate and legally permitted, prescriptions may be issued, and medications may be dispensed through affiliated or third-party pharmacies and delivered to eligible patients.
Benzo Health is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

You reside in a U.S. state where Benzo Health provides services.
All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and consent to receiving healthcare through electronic communications and understand that:
Telehealth services may not be equivalent to an in-person examination.
There are inherent risks, including technology failures, delays, or unauthorized access to electronic communications.
A licensed healthcare provider may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your condition and recommend in-person care.
You understand that all diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and prescriptions are made solely at the professional judgment of the licensed healthcare provider in accordance with applicable laws and accepted standards of medical practice.
When medically appropriate, licensed healthcare providers may prescribe medications subject to applicable federal and state laws.
Prescriptions may be fulfilled through affiliated or partner pharmacies.
If a prescription is issued following your telehealth consultation, eligible medications may be shipped directly to the address you provide during registration or checkout.
Benzo Health does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Prescribing decisions remain solely at the discretion of the treating clinician.
Certain services require you to create an account.
You agree to:
Maintain accurate and current account information.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Promptly notify Benzo Health of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach involving your account.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
Fees for consultations, medications, and related services are displayed before purchase.
By completing a transaction, you authorize Benzo Health and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
You agree not to:
Provide false or misleading identity or medical information.
Attempt to obtain prescription medications fraudulently.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
